I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called IgA nephropathy which is considered chronic and incurable. Taking medications will help to slow down the progession of the disease, but eventually the kidneys will shut down, leading to dialysis and possible kidney transplant. 7 years later at the age of 37 years old, I have 2 wonderful boys age 2 and 4, my disease is now getting worse. PLEASE PRAY TO OUR LORD AND MARY THROUGH FATHER PEYTON to help me staying healthy rather than getting worse. I want to be able to take care of my children, watch them grow and be productive in the society.

My father's name is Maurice G. He has a terribly difficult time breathing due to scar tissue on his lungs. Doctors say he has Pulmonary Fibrosis and Chronic Bronchitis. Support groups tell me that this prognosis is not very good. He also had patches of skin cancer on his hands and face last year, but the medical team is controlling it with laser treatment. He also has a touch of dementia. My father is a kind soul, is a greeter at our local Parish of St. Mark's, has courage in his heart, but he is also scared to death and is becoming depressed because he can't do many of the things he used to without coughing and losing his breath. Please pray for him.
My mother's name is Andrea G. and she has diabetes and her nerves are very bad. Please pray for the recovery and healing of Vilma Villanueva-Etino, a 37 year old mother with 2 sons, 8 and 2 years old, respectively. Vilma is suffering from thyroid cancer which is now in stage 3 going to stage 4. Both of her thyroid glands were removed in February 2010 and she is undergoing radiation therapy. Her physical source of life basically depends on medicines. Yet we truly know that her life extension is from God who in His infinite mercy grants her a little more time to live and to repent and prepare for the next life. She has been given 5 more years to live and 1 year has already passed, which means she still has 4 more years here on earth. As of now Vilma also continues to live through prayers, masses, and charity. May God grant her recovery and healing if it be for the good her soul and for the greater glory of God. Please pray for my mom, Mary Shepard. She is in a rehab because of weak muscles after a bout of sciatica and cellulitis. I thank God for her every day. She raised the five of us after my dad died.
